World Day of Prayer

Thursday September 12th, 2013 is Unity World Day of Prayer. This year's theme is "Living Well: Nurturing mind, body, and spirit." Please join in and also pray for the United States Government. Please pray that they will see the light and listen to the voices of the people who do not want war, but peace. My heart is breaking as I see how close we are to another war.
Please affirm with me. No more death and destruction in the name of doing what's right or retaliation or disagreements. No more civilian casualties. No more sending our people, our young men and women, to war just to bring them home in body bags, with less limbs, or living with demons. Please declare to the Universe with all the love of your being that this is wrong. Declare peace, love, light, compassion, and tolerance to every human being world wide.

Took the Words Right Out of My Mouth

Today... well today is poo. Almost everywhere I look (even in my own home), someone is complaining. Almost everyone seems irritable. Today I've been working hard. I did some cleaning, had fun "experimenting" in the kitchen with the kids (and we ended up making delicious wantons), did some job costing and wrote up some estimates for my husband, and I even made a treasure hunt for the kids! The kids whined about the cleaning even though I was the one doing it (typical really), then they whined about cooking and having to eat the food despite feeling like they are "starving"... <insert HUGE eye roll here>. Got frustrated with QuickBooks because I couldn't find the thing I have only used twice and I knew it was there... just hiding. (Found you in the end though, didn't I, you little... BLEEP.) And just as we're starting the treasure hunt, my 6 year old princess peanut head rips it in two and declares she's not doing it. My 7 year old son is overjoyed because this means he gets my undivided attention since his sister has now shut herself in her room... apparently she's punishing me for trying to have fun... I don't get it, but whatever. He lasted a whole 5 questions before he gave up. This I don't get either because I gave him the answer. Not a hint, the actual answer! Okay I gave him like 3 hints first, but he just wasn't getting it. So he gave up too and now they're both reading on the couch and I can hear their disgruntled, irritated-with-mom conversation floating up the stairs. How dare I try to have fun! Then there's me, who snapped at her loving husband just because he's missing her and trying to reach out across the many, many miles that separate them (cue the sappy music). I believe my exact words were "I love you and I'd like to keep on loving you" in my, less than stellar, tone that (to me) clearly says right-now-isn't-a-good-time-and-I-don't-have-time-for-this. He has yet to return my last text. So as soon as I'm done writing this, I'm going to calm down with a beer and call him back to grovel (that's always fun). In the hopes of calming down, I scrolled through Facebook to see complaint, after complaint, after complaint. I'm about to write a less than loving note about creating your own universe with your words and thoughts and maybe we can stop complaining for just one day and say/do something positive instead when I am graced by my Ace-in-the-hole, Ms. Doreen Virtue. Here is what she said and you try to tell me there's no such thing as synchronicity and it's all random coincidence that people assign meaning to. Pffft!
"Today you may notice that people are irritable. This is because they are afraid, nervous, and feeling insecure. Many people are dealing with fears about their own lives and the world. They worry about the future. This makes them react out of fear, which can come across as anger.

Our divine purpose is to bring peace and love to this planet. When we meet someone who is afraid and acting on that fear, our mission is to transmute that fear energy through compassion and prayer. This also includes people in the media and the news.

So let us pray that we each have the patience, understanding, and compassion toward our brothers and sisters who are afraid. Instead of reacting to them with fear or judgment about their actions, let us be cognizant that this is an opportunity to heal and uplift the energy, one person at a time.

In this way, we can help untangle the actions of fear. Suffering and pain always come from actions that are fear-based. You and I can help open the hearts of others so that their actions are loved-based, now and in the future."
Are you kidding me?! That woman is a mind reader. I swear she has a link to me directly because she's so spot on every single time. But more to the point, I have a message from God about what I have to do to feel better on whiny days. So as soon as I pop the cap off this beer and take a breath I will let my light shine and hopefully help some people today. Maybe I should start with my kids and hubby? Just sayin'.

Kryon Aftermath

Let me just say that Kryon was.... beyond words. I left feeling validated, loved, cherished, sacred, like a goddess, and full of spirit. The wisdom... the lessons... the words and energy.. I really wish I could describe it. I see so much more. I understand so much more. I encourage all of you to attend a Kryon meeting as soon as there's one accessible to you. In the mean time, Kryon channelings are available for free on their website. There are also a series of Kryon books that are essential to lightworkers, especially if you feel like this is your last reincarnation.

I'm going to share with you the highlights of some of the meeting, things I found I couldn't not use every single moment of every single day. Before I do, I'd like to share, and read with you, the Kryon Prayer.

I give this day to

all that is Divine.

Each step that I take,

let it be anointed and blessed.

When the challenges come forth,

as they will in duality,

Let me celebrate them

and move through them

with appropriateness and Love.

Premature Cognitive Commitment. Your eyes see more than your brain will let you know about because it doesn't have the proper "connections" to make sense of what it sees. Deepak Chopra also discusses this. Look up the kitten experiment with horizontal and vertical lines if you don't believe me. So it's possible our eyes see beyond the veil, but our brain won't accept it.

Compassionate events, like the 33 Chilean miners rescue, raise the vibration of the planet. Everyone benefits from this as well. It's not a give and take, push and pull system. Kryon says it's like all of humanity is standing in a dark room, and a few will learn how to light a match (lightworkers). When the matches are lit, everyone benefits. That's how it is when lightworkers discover who they are and raise their consciousness. It's a win-win for everyone because new inventions for clean, free water, energy, food, etc. become available to a higher conscious planet (notice he says planet and not people). Higher consciousness planets are less likely to weaponize these new inventions.

For old souls and light workers, this is usually their final lessons... and that is usually about self worth. Stay with me, don't get teary like I did. Everyone is looked over and taken care of. Every single human on this planet. It's not about karma or what you did or didn't do. We are all taken care of and looked over by spirit. It's up to us to accept it or not. It's up to us to listen or not. It's up to us to trust or not. Spirit has a plan and spirit has our back. We just need to accept it and choose to listen to the messages they send us.

To regularly practice intent, we have to take a deep breath and drop into our hearts. Give your intent meaningfully. Now trust and let it go. Sounds so familiar doesn't it? But this is how we become a more advanced, higher conscious planet.

Empath School

Hello everyone! I will soon be starting an empath school! It will have some free information as well as courses you can download and work through at your own pace. I will be available via appointment for those who would like more personal attention on the subject matter. I think Skype will work!

I'm really excited about this and looking forward to launching the website as well as adding additional courses. Now I'm reaching out to you, dear ones. Please let me know in the comments what kind of courses you'd like. I will have intermediate, moderate, and advanced courses on energy, shielding, grounding, meditation, etc. but, I'd still like suggestions about what courses you'd like to see and would be interested in downloading.

I'll be taking a step back from this blog so I can concentrate on writing and designing the courses. I'll keep checking in on the comments and of course, any posts from the divine will definitely be posted right away.

Hey, You!!

Hey! You! The one reading this post! You are wonderful and don't you EVER forget that! You were made perfectly in a perfect way according to not only the divine plan, but also the experiences your soul needed to ascend. And you know what else? The divine (whatever you want to call it in whatever religion you have or don't have) loves you absolutely with no rhyme or reason or ulterior motive; just because you are made from it.

We were given free choice out of this love. We have built a life and touched so many lives and we continue to grow and give away our love too. We are the light in the world. So remember, just because there's a smudge on the lighthouse doesn't mean it can't still guide the ships home safely. Be that light, guide the ships, and when you get a smudge, don't throw in the towel. Get some Windex and clean that shit up! (I.E. Positive self talk, meditation, grounding, raising your vibrations with whatever makes you smile.)

Now you pick up that happy, empowered feeling I'm putting down and you make it your own, then you go out into this world and you spread that message to every single person you are near. Tell your shield to shine it out to everyone. Let's lift some spirits here. Let's heal some pain just by being us. Let's let it all go and for 1 day, do what we were born to do. Do what makes your soul sing and heal those souls just by being you. You will radiate so much love and joy, that those negative feelings will be burned up in it. I love every single one of you reading this. I know you can do this!

Old Energies and New Energies

The multitude of empaths globally are feeling the energy shifts. Headaches, vivid dreams, changing perspectives, unexplained feelings of elation (even doom), stomach aches, seeing the energy fields are all normal things to experience during these times. Stop and quietly listen. Trust the words that pop into your mind. (The trust that only comes from a leap of faith.) They aren't just things you're thinking. They are real. This is what the change in energy is bringing us. The darkness is now illuminated and can no longer hide. The world is responding to it. You have to make the choice to flow against it, or find new ways to flow with it.

This leads me and a friend to wonder how much some empaths really know about using energy. In a conversation today, we discussed how some don't seem to comprehend how easy it is. Just ask and know it will happen. Don't have to jump through hoops or do all kinds of rituals. Those only make people feel better and make it more real to them when, realistically, the belief after asking alone will do that. This is our conversation tailored for this post as well as a comment I made on a Facebook page that I felt fit this theme.

Okay so we've all felt unwanted emotions, but we all eventually learn we don't have to hang on to those or even let the effects linger. We can simply will them away or change them into positive, just riding it like a wave. They flow in, they flow out changed. And when we learn how to ride them like a wave, soaking up the good and passing away the bad, how wonderful does that feel?! It reminds us how magical the world is and fills me with awe every time. It doesn't mean it has to be serious or hard work. It can be so much fun!

What most people don't realize, and some don't want to hear, is that we really don't need things physically near us or in our hands when they are abundant on earth (like gemstones and crystals although the proximity can help make the effects seem tangible). We are standing on them or near them and all we have to do when we need them is to declare it ... it really is easy, so easy ... and so magical too.

Old energies called for ritual and sacrifice. The new energy (also called quantum energy) asks for belief and love. All it takes is just the smallest ember and the universe will turn that ember of faith into an inferno if you let it. The Universe/God/Source is ALL powerful, benevolent, and ALL LOVE FOR US. Did you ever stop and think that the Universe/God/Source desires to give it to us as much as we desire to receive it. That is magical. It is as easy as speaking it, or practicing speaking it. Just ask. I hear that all the time in my head, "Just ask and be open to receiving it". So often we want something and the universe responds, but we don't take it when it's right there in front of us. Life really is simple, and it really is easy; particularly with these new energies. That is one of the reasons I don't have rituals, and very few routines .... I have had an aversion to them for as long as I can remember .... They serve a purpose, and can be useful, but not when they become "the way". You don't need them for in these new energies, it's all already there. Through asking and belief and love, we manifest what we want. Calling to us what already exists.

But remember this works the other way around too. What we focus on becomes reality. If it feels hard, it will be hard. If we want it to come, but don't focus on it already being here, it'll always be just out of reach. Ask your spirit guides and angels for help. Ask God/The Universe/Source for help. Ask for what you want and add "or better" after it. (I like this approach because it kind of covers all the basics, right?! Also helps take care of that piece where we're trying to force the Universe/God/Source to bend to our will. Attract more flies with honey, right?) Be specific in what you want. It should feel real to you. The more you trust and believe, the more things that wouldn't normally feel real, start to become real. Ask and know that it will happen. Believe it. Know it to be true on the deepest level and so it will be.

Gemstones and crystals only work "for us" if we allow it. They're the constant, we're the variable. We have to allow it and also allow ourselves to reach their vibrational frequency so the manifestation can happen. It gets so much easier the more you do it. Start with something small and work your way up to bigger things that seem farther fetched for you. Sometimes it feels like hard work because it's new for our minds to let go of and quiet the ego. With time, confidence, belief, and consistency you can do this and make every single day magical. I trust you will find your way and the answers will come. Just listen quietly and be open to receiving. XO
